Interfaith Enrichment Corps – Enriching the Community Efforts of Faith Groups
 OVERVIEWCenter for Interfaith Cooperation trains and places AmeriCorps members in partner congregations and organizations interested in building a strong, resourced interfaith community. An AmeriCorps member at your congregation or organization will build your capacity to (a) collaborate with religious communities, (b) cultivate interfaith understanding and cultural relevance, and (c) enhance and augment mission services in a sustainable fashion.

•$3,500 toward Program Funding
•Direct Supervision Time
•Designated Desk Space
•1-3 Member Candidate Referrals

AmeriCorps Members …
•Are jointly recruited by sites and by CIC
•Serve from February 2021 to August 2021
•Commit to 900 hours of service and training.
•Discuss program goals and professional development with a member cohort at bi-weekly Friday enrichments.
•Receive a bi-weekly stipend and education award upon completion.
•Engage in service activities such as:
•Volunteer recruitment and support
•Community collaboration
•Mental health stigma reduction
•Staff/volunteer training
•Cultural connectivity
•Event planning
•Other community-oriented service activities
