Festival of Faiths

Since its formation in 2011, the Center for Interfaith Cooperation has built up a large, robust and diverse network of partnerships with Central Indiana congregations, colleges and universities, and civic and community organizations.

The Center for Interfaith Cooperation is community that pursues peace through interfaith understanding and cooperation.

The Center for Interfaith Cooperation provides safe environments, resources, and opportunities for service to increase religious literacy, build empathy between faiths, and facilitate interfaith encounters.

Every year CIC organizes the Indy Festival of Faiths, the Midwest’s largest one-day celebrations of religious diversity and vitality. Over its seven years, the Festival has steadily grown in the number of organizations participating, the number of people in the audience, and the diversity of activities offered.

This year we will gather on the Veteran’s Memorial Lawn on September 26, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and the festival theme is “Sharing Gifts of Faith: Compassion, Resilience, & Hope.”
